chocking on the tears <br />the pain to hard to swallow <br />the cries to low to be heard <br />the scars to deep to be seen <br />looking into the eyes of sorrow <br />and seeing that's where i belong <br />the fear of loneliness haunts me <br />being lost and on my own gives me <br />pain that you would never wanted <br />the words cut to deep they will never heal <br />the love that once was cuts out the still beating heart <br />leaving me soulless and dead <br />but i want it like that <br />the pain is gone now <br />no more worries <br />it is all over in a blink a eye <br />the day goes by <br />one night of rest <br />seems like years <br />the days grow longer <br />the weeks never ending <br />you want it to be over <br />begging for the forgiveness <br />that i will never get <br />i have forsaken everything <br />i want nothing but to be alone <br />because to let you in again <br />will lead to nothing but pain <br />and i know am not strong <br />enough to go through it again <br />all i can ask is why do i suffer like this <br />what have i done so wrong <br />please tell me am tired of feeling this pain <br />it never goes away <br />i cant stand this pain any longer <br />please cut out this heart <br />that loves to hard and trust to easy <br />please make all of it <br />go away hold me as the nightmares take over <br />all they show me is the hurt the pain <br />make it go away pleases don't let it hurt me anymore<br /><br />Courtney Caine<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/chocking-on-tears-and-pain/
