I have no direction, <br />belong in no place. <br />Like a big pile of nothing, <br />just taking up space. <br />Passed by all who are moving, <br />with not even a stare. <br />Not one word is spoken, <br />cause nobody cares. <br />I'm not even seen, <br />has a man in a box. <br />Who has not a key, <br />cause he has not a lock. <br />If I scream its ignored, <br />if even heard. <br />So I keep to myself, <br />not a sound or a word. <br />Most thoughts I admit, <br />confuse even me. <br />If I had someplace to go, <br />thats where I'd be. <br />I once planned for the future, <br />but it didn't work out. <br />So I'm stuck in the past, <br />all that is present I doubt. <br />I'm all alone, <br />Ive no kids or a wife. <br />Puzzled by my existence, <br />and purpose in life. <br />If for you life is good, <br />thank GOD that its so. <br />That you don't have to live, <br />the life that I know.<br /><br />saint cynosure ( Ken Bennight )<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/homeless-14/
