At night I lie in the grass, <br />Starring into the deathly black sky, <br />As dark as the blackest ink, <br />Yet as smooth as the softest silk, <br />Silently watching the Light bugs, <br />As they Dance their solos around me, <br />And they turn the night into Magic. <br /> <br />I count the numerous golden stars, <br />That shine like diamonds in the Rough, <br />Sparkling as if there is no Time, <br />As if when they come out, <br />Time stops, <br />And lets you catch your breath, <br />From everything that happened that day. <br /> <br />All the Noise and Excitement, <br />All the Ups and the Downs, <br />All the Fun and the Laughter, <br />All the Tears and the Joy, <br />And makes the whole world, <br />Stop moving, <br />Making everything freeze in place, <br />So later on we'll be able to Remember, <br />And it wont just be another day, <br />Left Forgotten<br /><br />angel lockheart<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/night-81/
