Anyone can make a smile, <br />But it takes a happy heart to shine. <br />Anyone can say that everything is going great <br />But living with their pain, <br />you're not viewing from inside. <br /> <br />Everyone can say, ' I love you', <br />but those three words, are often ever meant. <br />Anyone can reverse his or her frown and smile, <br />Which was before, their face downward bent. <br /> <br />Truly feeling what now is placed, <br />on the outside of anothers face. <br />Is harder then most people think, <br />of what lies deep within, someones depressions think. <br /> <br />So next time when you see a smile, <br />it may remind you of these words. <br />Then before you take a smile at face value, <br />Look deeper into what your viewing hadn't heard.<br /><br />Linda Winchell<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/anyone-can-make-a-smile/
