You were born with a cry <br />I too cried, may be with pain <br />Than to join voice with you <br />A great relief, with a sigh <br />Never I would knew <br />You would confer me, <br />Support and sublime life. <br /> <br />Day, Months and Years <br />You and Me, grown together <br />You grew inner and out <br />I grew within myself <br />Dear to dearer to dearest <br />Nothing could stop <br />Strong force of this relation <br /> <br />I relived my childhood and youth with you <br />I discovered courage with you <br />I learnt to stand by you <br />I learnt to forgive and forget <br />I sang and danced to tunes of life <br />I enjoyed the warmth of clasped hands <br />I understood life with you. <br /> <br />There were stories to narrate with fun <br />Stick to beat with anger <br />Love to heal with compassion <br />Preaching to shower with concern <br />Teaching to bring out the best <br />Secrets to disclose and share <br />Forever you and me, together to stride. <br /> <br />You have my blood and traits <br />Still you are distinct with your persona <br />You have my kindness and care <br />Still I too get your tender share <br />You tumble and get up, holding my hands <br />Yet sometimes you lend your hands to me <br />Who are you to me?
