Ashes of time <br />__________ <br /> <br />Senses lie down as ashes, <br />lifts it up again by breeze of time. <br />On fogging veil of uncertainty, <br />she floats away into horizon. <br /> <br />Encircled by trade winds, <br />she turns into hurricane. <br />In holocaust of emotions, <br />tiny lives take magic births. <br /> <br />In carnival of unseen nature, <br />seasons sprout in fresh buds. <br />Images dance elegantly as silky leaves, <br />sprinkling freshness in air. <br /> <br />Tear of happiness drips unaware. <br />As cool as dew, it falls on your feet. <br />Shifting, you turn feet aside. <br />Your anklets cling in my soul. <br /> <br />Somewhere beyond fathoms, <br />I hear passionate murmurs of love, <br />Smell of life rise from raw earth, <br />body and mind merge in ecstasy. <br />_______________<br /><br />Satheesan Rangorath<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/ashes-of-time-2/
