i know this may be scary <br />but its going to be really bleary i am saying this because i have been through all of this and it makes me realize i should tell some people about it and if they are going through some of this there is some advice but its your choice to follow it or not <br /> <br />Some people feel that there life is not worth living <br />ADVICE: talk to them and tell them you are always there for them when they do or do not need help <br />Some people get upset and cry when they are being bullied at school <br />ADVICE: tell them your there for them give them a hug and let them cry on your shoulder <br />Most people get upset when people call them fat and go enerexic <br />ADVICE: stay with them tell them not to waste time on people who call them names which put the self a steam down then when that happens they start getting depressed and thinking they are a failure and make sure they eat some thing <br />Some people get pressured into cutting them self's when that happens always tell someone about it <br />ADVICE: Worst thing to do is to get counseling it is better to talk to a family member who understands more about you <br /> <br />im telling you this cause Ive been through all this and it may help you or your friends or your loved ones <br /> <br />Kimberley Elwell<br /><br />kimberley elwell<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/my-advice-and-hell-of-my-life/
