The day is cold, <br />Theres nothing else you could lose. <br />Or so you thought. <br />Then like that, <br />Its all black. <br />And you don't know where to go. <br />Then out of the blue, <br />A hand reaches out to you. <br />Screaming and yelling, <br />Please don't go. <br />We need you here. <br />You reach out, <br />But it seems so far. <br />Then you hear a voice say, <br />Come back I can't lose you now. <br />I reach again for the hand, <br />This time you brush the finger tips. <br />Thinking just a little more. <br />One more reach, <br />And the grip is tight. <br />Knowing they won't let go, <br />You give it all your might. <br />And up you go away from the light, <br />Into the arms of a dearest friend. <br />Termbleing, and saying, <br />Don't ever jump again. <br />You hold on tight, <br />Saying thank you my friend, <br />For if not for you I wouldn't be here tonight. <br /> <br /> <br />Think before you do something rash. <br />For you may not see it but theres all ways loved ones. <br />They come in family, friends, even strangers.
