There's a picture hanging on my wall <br /> It's of the Lord above <br /> I wonder if He looks like that <br /> As He sends His special love <br /> I wonder what Jesus really looks like <br /> As I set here all alone <br /> I've never really seen Him <br /> Though He lives within my home <br /> I know He's kind and forgiving <br /> For the Bible tells me so <br /> I feel His prescence every day <br /> He is alive and well I know <br /> It's as though He is here with me <br /> As I go to God in Prayer <br /> I feel His holy presence <br /> And know that He is there <br /> Someday I'll meet Him face to face <br /> Then I'll really see <br /> I guess I'll look for nail scarred hands <br /> But His love will be the key <br /> I just know I'll recognize Him <br /> Because we meet each day <br /> We walk together on life's path <br /> along the narrow way<br /><br />Hazelruth Winters<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/the-picture-6/
