Lord i thank you <br />for everything <br />This early morning I felt the warmth <br />Beside you through the soft pillows <br />and the warm bed and the blankets <br />that embraced me throughout the <br />dark and cold night. <br />You have spoken in my dream <br />I have seen the images <br />And i have understood all the metaphors. <br />I am your poem Lord <br />And I like it. <br /> <br />You started it all <br />And soon you shall put the ending lines. <br />You shall sign your name and say <br />That i am what you have done best. <br /> <br />Dear God, thank you <br />I look forward to your promise <br />That you brng me back to your kingdom <br />To life everlasting <br /> <br />Amen.<br /><br />RIC S.
