Death comes, and death strikes, <br />It comes and takes our lives. <br />Death can come and get anyone at all, <br />Watch your step, be careful of the eternal fall. <br />Be careful about what you say, do and think, <br />It can come and get you before you blink. <br />Be careful about what you say, <br />Because tomorrow might not come your way. <br />Death is coming, can't you see, <br />God's taking someone, will it be me? <br />Where are you going, heaven or hell, <br />God's the only one that can really tell. <br />Death takes lives everyday, <br />It might come and take yours away. <br />God's there for you no matter what hour, <br />He's there for you, even when you're sour. <br />God only asks us to do our best, <br />And then he'll take over and finish the rest. <br />Just you and yourself with the father above, <br />Let Him hold you with secure and love. <br />When you're sad, lonely and blue, <br />Just know that God's there for you. <br />So when you're sad, lonesome and full of sorrow, <br />Just think, another day will come, and that day is tomorrow.<br /><br />Tiffany Wolf<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/death-with-god/
