FIRE AND ICE <br /> <br />Fire pulses through my veins, <br />though the ice where he touched me <br />still remains. <br /> <br />Heavy eyes cannot see him, <br />but he has to be there. <br />He couldnt have left me, <br />it wouldnt be fair. <br /> <br />To leave me alone, <br />with no aid to my pain. <br />I dont like hide and seek, <br />and this isnt a game. <br /> <br />Struggling again to see him once more, <br />my body grows weak..I collapse to the floor. <br /> <br />His whisper tells me, <br />everything is okay. <br />could it be a hallucination? <br />Is he here to stay?<br /><br />taylor herron<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/fire-and-ice-12/
