There's this story of this guy, he liked this other girl
She was his everything, his life, truly his damn world
He never thought he could quit love, nor would he stop to care
He distincly remembers, the moment she touched his hair
Well, he told her everything, took her opinion in life
Maybe she didn't like it, but he considered her his wife
She could be a little negative, but still she's perfect
She's beautiful, she's lovely in every aspect
But then came a day this guy made a mistake
He didn't know what to give, didn't know what to take
He didn't know what to say, didn't know what to hide
He thought he'll go on, and life would just abide
Well of course it didn't go right, actually it was real wrong
So, he thought about it days and nights, yeah it was real long
Well, she started to hate him, but maybe he had hope
He held on to a memory, held on to a mere rope
So it took him a while, but he made up his mind right
He remembered their love, and all the long hard nights
So he did appologize, but knew she deserves more
For she's his most precious, at least for all that she's worth for
What was wrong with him? He might have had different psychology
Still all he cares for, is that she'd accept his apology
So I wrote this short poem, only to appologize
Your enemy is mine, I never tried to fattrenize
So I really really love you, I hope you love me too
Well the guy in here is me you see, the other girl is you

Mohamed Hani

http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/yours-truly-4/
