Looking back on our journey <br />It was so REAL, the beginning was so amazing <br />But neither of us knew it would be tears we would be facing <br /> <br />I swear I sit and cry, when I think about how intimate we were <br />The subtraction of sex leaves long kisses and hugs, words of stanza <br />That anyone could adore <br />I would trade my heart in for that feeling, just once more <br />Just to feel you breathe on my neck <br />Just to hear your laugh again <br />Enjoy your words of a world above your own <br />Our poetry together made the perfect LOVE JONES <br /> <br />But I was so high on you, your short coming to my heart <br />Couldn't never bring me down <br />Who cares if he doesn't SEE me, my concious would say <br />He has his way to con my smile <br />Who cares if he cracked your heart <br />After a long fly across the SEA <br />His mind so confused, he should have known not to fight his heart <br />Never counted on me to leave <br /> <br />I just wish that he knew that I wasn't trying to touch his heart <br />I was yearning for an unobstructed entrance to his soul <br />I was there for an indefinite bliss, never to restrain the actions <br />Of his heart about other people, I only dreamed to be <br />His LOVE, radically distinctive! <br /> <br />Now I am crying because I gave him a second chance <br />And he voided mine without review <br />He turned a blind eye towards my innocent desire to become closer <br />It made me wonder and sent me to a one night encounter of a warm shoulder <br /> <br />Now I have a swollen belly <br />A child I will have to explain this story, I would say <br />Never let anything get the best of you, keep a heart of steel <br />Remember I will always be there for you, especially when love decides to kill <br />It will never hurt forever, you know <br />Your tears will water the ground <br />But LOVE will always have a special in your heart, <br />THAT ANJELIC BEATING SOUND..........<br /><br />Jessica Denise Wesley<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/i-am-remembering-love/
