Hooters got a bad name yesterday, <br />The angry customer had not wanted to pay his bill, <br />The bill was probably high but that what get for eating and drinking at “sports bar”, <br />And sexy waitresses in their hooter shirts and mini-shorts, <br />I guess the majority of them pay, even tip generously, a couple of bucks to the till. <br />Hooters is a “family- oriented” restaurant, -PLEASE— <br />If you want family restaurants there are Applebee’s, <br />Cracker Barrel, Denny’s, and so on, <br />Not too many employees decorate the calendars of the above mentioned. <br />Who Gives a Hoot about Hooters? <br />The majority of 21-40 year old guys, <br />They like to frequent the establishment, but I warn any guy, <br />There will be hardly ad women to pick up there, <br />outside of wait staff and barmaids, <br />There will be women of course there, <br />But if they are alone, chances are they’ll tell you to take a hike, <br />For they will most probably will have interest in the ladies, <br />Not the men, chances are you have come a cross a dyke. <br /> <br />(12-29-2007)<br /><br />Joe Rosochacki<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/who-gives-a-hoot-ers/
