i know you care, <br />and i take it out on you, <br />but, what can i do? <br />when i feel my world in two? <br />anger and frustration, <br />yeah they becoming my friends, <br />if you only knew what i been through, <br />yeah, maybe you can understand, <br />why i am the way i am, <br />nothing is making since, <br />people want to run my life, <br />i know i'm not doing the best job, <br />shouldn't i have a say? <br />yeah i don't want to live, <br />i get that part, <br />you putting up one hell of a fight, <br />what the hell do i do? <br />when i can't take the pain of getting better, <br />that will just open up a can of worms, <br />something i'm just not ready for, <br />i know you care, <br />we got that covered, <br />but, if all you going to do is control me, <br />or to try and keep me safe, <br />it not going to work, <br />i have a mind to think for myself, <br />right now it just out of order, <br />just let me be who i am, <br />don't get over protected, <br />even though i know you feel you have to, <br />keep me close with love, <br />let me go with trust, <br />i may be the little girl who needs saving, <br />just be there when my world falling apart, <br />let me know i can talk to you about anything, <br />i hate feeling alone, <br />it's a lonely place, <br />just be the person you once were, <br />before you knew my deep dark secerts. <br />Copyright © 2009 <br />5-15-09<br /><br />mona martinez<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/all-i-ask-for-3/
