The Easter Bunny hopping through the trees <br />Something about the sound of those leaves <br />He gets a rhythm starts to feel the beat <br />The next thing you know he starts to moving those feet <br /> <br />The squirrels in the trees look down to see <br />They see the Bunny dancing merrily <br />They began to sway say that's real sweet <br />Then they start dancing right in those trees <br /> <br />The muskrats and chipmunks they come along <br />They feel the beat start to humming a song <br />The opossum hanging by the end of his tail <br />Way up high he starts singing as well <br /> <br />'Opossum this, Opossum that! ' <br />'I ain't no muskrat, I ain't no brat! ' <br />My moma a Opossum no forest rat! <br />'A rock n roll opossum what you think of that! ' <br /> <br />The birds in the trees and the mice in the leaves <br />They join in. say, 'Hey look at me! ' <br />'I can out dance you just watch and see! ' <br />As the forest comes alive to the rock n roll beat <br /> <br />The Easter Bunny says, 'I've got to go! ' <br />As the opossum sings out, 'My moma loves me so! ' <br />'I've got eggs to deliver but I'll have you know! ' <br />'It's good to see you all still got soul! ' <br /> <br />So the Easter Bunny he went on his way <br />But as he left he had this to say <br />'The Bunny rock n roll it is here to stay! ' <br />'Everyone have a wonderful Easter Day!
