Aboard the ship of life we sail <br />Swaying steadily side to side, <br />Attempting to conquer hardships <br />As if floatng with the tide. <br /> <br />We encounter problems like the wind <br />Tugging at us with all of its might, <br />But with faith and strong convictions <br />Will supress all obstacles in sight. <br /> <br />It is foolish to become vexed or worried, <br />Confront the hardships and sail on, <br />Live and enjoy the bright, rising sun <br />Upon the break of dawn. <br /> <br />Aboard the ship of life we sail <br />With Providence as our guiding mate, <br />And day after day sail on and on, <br />Hopefully to finally reach the pearly gate.<br /><br />Joseph T.
