The journey will soon begin <br />For now a whirl wind of activity, <br />To be well prepared, <br />For this almost feels like a pilgrimage into my past, <br />To bring elusive closure, <br />As well as, new beginnings. <br />Mysterious discoveries waiting <br />For my curiosity to find them <br /> <br />I feel new stirrings <br />Of hope, or relief from dulled monotony, <br />And the hushed whisperings of words, <br />That used to run in poetic harmony! <br />My stream had run dry, <br />But now, there is just a hint of moist earth <br />A slight trickle flows, <br />In my river of joy.<br /><br />Anita Atina<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/the-journey-92/
