There's a burried truth beneath all the lies,
That fiction it blinds me as it stirs and unties.

Forward I go, but I still hold back,
I reach for my safety but I'm still intact.

I search for a reason but nothing prevails,
I try and I try but in the end I would fail.

I cling on to hope for the coming of tomorrow,
But still I would doubt and I'm left in my sorrow.

As I cross the street and I look down the floor,
I wonder again would I open the door.

I lose my balance as I wobble and slide,
I run back and forth as I flee and I hide.

I look for a way to try to move on,
But how can I do so, I keep holding on.

I need to know the reason so that I can feel,
So that this confusion would finally heal.

I don't know when this confusion would end,
But I know I'm sure that you're just my friend.

I should be contented, I should just accept,
Before I start thinking and misinterpret.

So I am now waiting for courage and time,
So I can be with ease and just move on fine.

Nashy Lamen

http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/untitled-611/
