Dear Lord, who is this man you have sent? <br />He has dried the tears that ran as blood <br />From my eyes. I repented my sins within Lent, <br />And prayed to remove the Thorn; Wipe the mud <br />From my eyes, and now I look into a blue ocean <br />That gazes right back...so steadfast, so placid. <br />A feeling of love so strong with barely a notion <br />Of what once before left me barren and rancid. <br />A man of this making is a rare find, indeed. <br />He has taken the Thorn from hy heart <br />And sealed it with a kiss so warm; not in greed, <br />Or lust...It is only time now keeping us apart. <br />So scared was i before <br />Of the love, care and dedication he has to offer. <br />Love is, yet again, tapping on the door <br />To the soul within my heart. Why then should i stop Her? <br />This time, She has no limits, restrictions, or secrets. <br />This time, there is no 'lets see' or 'maybe'. <br />From Your heart, he was made, and in mine, I keep it. <br />Keep the man who does not see what I see <br />In he.
