I dont know where I belong, <br />I dont know what to do, <br />I am just trying to figure out life <br />one thing at a time. <br /> <br />I dont know who I am, <br />I dont know who I want to be, <br />All I know is that I want <br />somebody to notice me. <br /> <br />I cry alone at night, <br />I wake up in the morning with a wet pillow and sorrowful thoughts, <br />I try make it not so obvious, <br />but sometimes its really hard. <br /> <br />Im just a young girl trying to live her life, <br />with so many options open, <br />but yet with so many doors closed. <br /> <br />Im trying to find my place in this world, <br />Im trying to fit in, <br />but everytime I think Ive found my place, <br />it turns out thats not where I belong. <br /> <br />So I guess I will run, <br />and keep on running, <br />so I can find my place. <br /> <br />I know it's out there somewhere, <br />but my question is where.<br /><br />Rebeckah Schroeder<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/finding-a-place-in-this-world/
