There they lay watching the rising sun. <br />No more can night see daylight <br />than the darkness hide her anymore. <br />Desiring a new beginning, as the old world <br />was trying to slip away, then her hands opened... <br />She watched all those old things blend with the wind. <br /> <br />Now, we lay trapped between what was <br />and what is as those old things tried to appear. <br />The heavenly host turned off the light, <br />leaving those things in the dark, and <br />illuminating a brand new day bright <br /> <br />Many suns and moons old ways were the norms... <br />and I confirmed that time. now <br />I hold the key and its my turn, then opened <br />the door to let the bird wing free <br /> <br />Loudly dreaming! <br />I felt his arm <br />encircling my waist, <br />our lips obsessing. <br />Heat, need, and greed <br />gathered strong, braking chains, <br />opening doors...liken uninhibited fervor <br />the thieves took what they wanted... <br /> <br />Now what's next: <br />In the stillness of morning, she relaxes her eyes on his knee-length <br />nightgown with cute little black bears frolicking on the off-white back ground. <br />She wearing ruby red satin pajamas- top cozying up to her neck <br />making unnoticeable her flat scared chest... all the while the sun smiling <br />with favor, kissing her on each cheek. <br />Looking into each other's eyes they exchanged love-rings, <br />and placed them on each other's heart. <br />Sweet and salty tears flowed down the lines of a face veiling her time worn-beauty. <br />Looking into each other's eyes they leapt into the arms of bliss. <br />Two hearts joined like the blue sea and blue sky. <br /> <br />And humbly accepted each and every word and promise to love and cherish each other forever' <br /> <br /> <br />BY <br />ALMEDIA KNIGHT OR ASK <br />01/11/06 <br />.<br /><br />Almedia Knight Oliver<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/beautiful-morning-witnessed-by-whom/
