~ Distance ~ <br /> <br />Distance never separates two hearts that really care, <br />for our memories span the miles and in seconds we are there. <br /> <br />Distance, it is a test of love, many will fail, <br />but for those who can withstand it have the answer: true love. <br /> <br />Distance between two hearts is not an obstacle; <br />rather a great reminder of just how strong true love can be. <br /> <br />There is a saying, 'Out of sight, out of mind.' <br />But how can that be true? <br />You are not here, yet I can't get you out of my mind. <br /> <br />Distance is not the thing that makes us suffer, <br />it's missing someone that's always in your mind <br />that really makes you suffer. <br /> <br />Though there may be many miles between us, <br />with each heartbeat we are that much closer <br />to being in each other's arms again. <br /> <br /> <br />(4th july 2009)<br /><br />fawzia zie<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/10-distance/
