Today <br />You taught me to dream <br />Of a new tomorrows <br /> <br />…a gift <br /> <br />But You left so soon <br />While I was weaving dreams <br />you taught me to live <br />and then you left <br />you left so soon <br />you taught me to laugh <br />then you left <br />then you left so soon <br />you taught me to walk <br />I learnt now to walk the longest <br /> <br />Long roads of life- <br />You taught me to sing on Many a roads… <br />Beneath the roads…are the roads of life <br />many a weakened soul walked <br />And many of them embolden to wake <br />Even I woke up and saw you walking <br />And then I walked <br />How many more miles to walk <br /> <br />Reading and understanding the stories- the books of life… <br />Pages upon pages…what the writer desired to write <br />last leaf of my book awaits… <br />I turned the pages…words that sprouts out alive… <br /> <br />My lingering memories like the seasons <br />and my standstill finger Touch of your thoughts stirs my soul <br />I Wake up to another me on this another day <br />I dared opened the sealed window <br />Awakened by the fragrance of earth- <br />Is the songs of roads the songs of the sabbathed life <br />Keeps one alive <br /> <br />O beautiful earth… <br /> <br />why must we not understand what the roads <br />Roads that lead to your country… <br />Roads that leads to your home… <br />I turned left then I turned right… <br />I went down then I went up… <br /> <br />Here up on for the love of this universe. <br />Songs of life, man shall sing on<br /><br />lovita j r morang<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/roads-of-life/
