Blood and Pain is all she sees. <br />She slits her skin to find freedom. <br />He hurt her and doesn’t know. <br />He’s the reason she cries herself to sleep. <br />She likes the taste of pain and the sound of her skin ripping. <br />He’s caused her to be this way. <br />Does he know? <br />Does he care? <br />Her life’s not so perfect but he destroyed it. <br />He’s caused nothing but pain in her heart. <br />Tears fall down her face each day. <br />Can she move on? <br />Can she forget? <br />She dreams of him as drops of pain fall. <br />The rainbow in her heart has gone black. <br />Because of him she’s lost her way. <br />Her life is gone. <br />Now she only sees pain…<br /><br />Emily Reid<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/pain-blood-broken-dreams/
