The scream piecrecd through the air with pain.

A lady of a certain age was

limping on the street all alone,

meanwhile

moonlight on her shoulder

made her face pale as a white rose in the wind.

All at once,
a rain in torrents soaked her scarf sheer wet, when

her rough hands were shaking powerlessly in the air.

she began to sing her sweetest song for

her beloved with all her passion and

endless love from her soul, in spit of the

termination of her beloved's life.

The fierce pang of sorrow grew her song

wilder and wilder as though her love hadn’t

passed away.

Thinking back the good old times she stayed with him

haunted on her mind,

the beads of sorrow could sweep anything in her memory away, but her fond memories of him.

Cried insoncosably to the sky, singing
her sweetest song for him, her forever love.

she dreamed of him almost every lonely night.

The sky was shouting and weeping exceedingly

furiously against the song of the ragged woman,

her voice grew faint and faint

when the storm eventually

blew her down to the aloof corner of the street,

the roaring of the wind struck her ears

bleeding, her bloodshot eyes were filled with

the longing for love, although she’s in the

agony of death.

Chang Yi Huang

http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/some-thing-graved-on-her-broken-heart/
