Millions watch helplessly towards sky <br />Humbly ask for what is their fault and why? <br />Shake head in disbelief and find no other way <br />Open sky is refuge and earth only place to lay <br /> <br />Is God openly punishing for our simple crime? <br />Have we become so unreasonable in course of time? <br />Have we alienated the nature from its present level? <br />Is it not in conformity with rule or the sequel? <br /> <br />Are we going to face natural fury every year? <br />Is there no one in this world who will land ears? <br />Why such horrible suffering for all the years to bear? <br />Why no one is coming forward to wipe our tears? <br /> <br />God, do you have different yardstick for punishment? <br />Why poor only face the annihilation and banishment? <br />Will no messiah come on earth and take our care? <br />Will we find no place on earth to stay or go nowhere? <br /> <br />We may continue to suffer and also languish <br />Rich may not face onslaught under any anguish <br />We may be buried live under debris and perish <br />Sea waves may raise banner simply us to finish <br /> <br />Tidal waves and typhoon may not spare us either <br />No courage or strength to face the storm and wither <br />It will cause devastation at unimaginable scale <br />No body would survive to narrate the horrible tale <br /> <br />We may face slaughter if not awakened to reality <br />Human race may become extinct with lack of humanity <br />Let us rise to the occasion and share tragedy and grief <br />Start from the stretch with opening of new leaf <br /> <br />We may not receive help in need of hour <br />It may be coming late with little down pour <br />We may feel hurt but term it as destiny <br />Having no moral strength to rise in mutiny <br /> <br />O, lord or creator!
