When drops of rain are falling <br />those tears from angel eyes <br />will fall down from the heavens <br />and cause their hearts to sigh <br />what could have been but is'nt <br />it should have all come true <br />that moment lost forever <br />the day that he lost you <br /> <br />It was a simple story <br />that everybody knows <br />boy meets girl and falls in love <br />you've read it in the prose <br />both happy and endearing <br />they get along just fine <br />or so thought he, he would agree <br />but she was not inclined <br /> <br />A romance of a fashion <br />developed fairly soon <br />he believing all was well <br />but she a different tune <br />as music needs some harmony <br />a rythm to play well <br />he walzed along in innocence <br />never hearing warning bells <br /> <br />The mood changed as the months went by <br />he tried to find a cure <br />how do I prove my love for her <br />she cares for me I'm sure <br />he went through all the motions <br />but still it was'nt right <br />and so they parted sadly <br />yes it rained that night <br /> <br />When drops of rain are falling........<br /><br />Charles M.
