her silence stabs me, <br />despite any word <br />i say <br />water on the hot cinders <br />of hate, <br />she keeps on <br />fueling that unresolved <br />anger, <br />she must know that <br />i am having too <br />my own hard times <br />harsh as hers <br />in that foreign land <br />all the while she thinks <br />i betrayed her <br />and cause the brokenness <br />of her future, <br />no, it isn't <br />there are words that i cannot <br />say <br />words that also kill me <br />at one moment <br />she must still <br />not know them unless <br />she forgets me <br /> <br />there is this freedom <br />inside <br />and i still have it within <br />she has no <br />right to enter<br /><br />RIC S.
