There is no light in this frozen heart. <br />No refractions of love to heat my soul. <br />I am absent from my own thoughts. <br />Inconclusive though they may be. <br />Your voice is an abstract mural of joy. <br />From which I drink of merciless fate. <br />Dark and sarcastic hours haunt me. <br /> <br />Still… <br /> <br />There is no light in this frozen heart. <br />No self actualizations to lift my eyes. <br />I am urgent in my lockless cage. <br />The eyes of my soul ache from tears. <br />I miss the fire of the passionate sun. <br />The silver moon orb dances for only me. <br />And I smile a languid and satisfied grace. <br /> <br />Still… <br /> <br />There is no darkness in this lunacy. <br /> <br /> <br />Copyright 2010 A.J.
