No more than simple a word... <br />I am alone, <br />I had a chance to find love, <br />But I was to late... <br /> <br />Now I sit and write, <br />With crippling pain and withering hope <br />Am I ever to be loved at all? <br />Or am I to travel throughout this life alone? <br /> <br />I cry in the darkness of my abode <br />The more I seek, the greater my load, <br />To find the girl that will love me <br /> <br />Cruel, cruel fate will it be, <br />That I should be starved of love, <br />Even in life and after, <br />Should I end this misery now <br /> <br />Why does the God I love, <br />Allow me to hurt so much? <br />Why are the tears welling up <br />Wanting to roll down my face? <br /> <br />The darkest hours I face now, <br />Will that last and eternity or only a second? <br />I am sleepless, loveless, hopeless, <br />I need someone...
