Without proper preparation I did my French <br />presentation, words flowing together in new <br />melodies, mécanique quantique, l’infiniment <br />petit, astrophysique, l’infiniment grand dans <br />une aventure fantastique, fabuleuse <br /> <br />Étoiles, océans, poissons sont reliés - c’est <br />mystérieux, magique, quantum physics reveals <br />a universe consisting of intelligent energy, the <br />presence of awareness in everything in the <br />never-ending excitement of infinity <br /> <br />I could not stop long enough to shorten long <br />sentences, explain strange concepts, I kept <br />looking for rhythms to confer beauty and <br />harmony to the objects perceived by all <br />our senses, stars, oceans, snowflakes <br /> <br />Everything flows into a seamless whole when <br />the laser beams of eyes and mind reconstitute <br />the vibrations of reality into a perfect hologram <br />I could not climb outside myself to look at the <br />world inside my head from a new perspective <br /> <br />My listeners never heard the song playing in my <br />mind in joyous appreciation for all the delights <br />and wonders revealed by modern science - and <br />the freedom conferred by relativity, maybe they <br />could not understand, maybe they never will <br /> <br />Now no matter dear, the joy of hinting at mysteries <br />at the heart of our universe was enough to bring <br />the glow of passion into my life, give meaning to <br />the anxiety of existentialism ever-threatening to <br />tear my life and mind apart <br /> <br />The riddle of existence is the most wonderful aspect <br />of the puzzle presented by our being on earth, lightens <br />the black feeling of le néant and brings light to the <br />darkest corners of the multiverse!<br /><br />Margaret Alice<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/2010-03-25-excitement-of-infinity/
