Found a way to do administration <br />that works like a charm: I must tell <br />myself aloud what I am doing every <br />step of the way for my brain to hear <br /> <br />Then it maintains concentration, now <br />I can save electronically - when I tried <br />previously, my brain did not retain any <br />step executed in short term-memory <br /> <br />Whatever I did, forgot immediately, but <br />when actions are chained to each other <br />by a series of sing-song words, my brain <br />knows where I am; I imagine a little alien <br /> <br />Sitting behind the controls in a small <br />compartment in my brain, not seeing <br />very well, only by listening does he <br />know where he’s going, only sounds <br /> <br />guide and inform him - I have an alien <br />in my head who only reacts to sound, <br />no wonder noise is so unsettling, when <br />he can’t hear what’s happening <br /> <br />He can’t steer and screams in my ears!<br /><br />Margaret Alice<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/2010-08-17-sounds-guide/
