Today was the day our vowel were said, <br />In front of our family and all of our friends, <br />I don't regret this day the day that we spent, <br />As it was part of my life I do not regret, <br /> <br />But as time go's on we grew apart, <br />To find ourselves right back at the start, <br />We might not be together as man and wife, <br />But we still have two children to last us our life, <br /> <br />So I guess what I'm saying in so many words, <br />Is we can still celebrate today for the children you gave birth, <br />That love on it's own is so bright and so strong, <br />That celebrating our children cannot be so wrong, <br /> <br />So I won't feel so sad on this very special day, <br />As the love and the caring will not go away, <br />I'm sorry I brought this marriage right to end, <br />But hope that one day we can be very good friends<br /><br />kevin glenn<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/anniversary-35/
