Anarchy is wrecking Britain, <br />Whilst mocking every law written, <br />And those that make such madness reign, <br />Merely get looked at with disdain, <br />With no remorse for what they've done, <br />They think twas just a bit of fun, <br />While buildings are left to burn down, <br />People are scared to walk their town, <br />Mindless yobs that crave for acclaim, <br />Leave their country feeling great shame, <br />Blind that they'll pay the price in time, <br />And regret having turned to crime, <br />Each and every sight of mayhem, <br />Which the honest can't but condemn, <br />Calls there to be a prayer for calm, <br />As we hope no more come to harm.<br /><br />Christian Lacdael<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/london-riots-2011/
