waking up chained, shivering in the dark <br />i find myself trapped in a deep abyss <br />everything covered with an icy frost <br />stinging the air bites with its coldness <br />creeping inside my heart leaving it frozen <br />painfully pulling, i fight to get free, noticing <br />the chains are edged with sharp razor blades <br />with every agonizing move they slice deeper <br />releasing more blood with every cut i take <br />the white frost becoming a dark crimson red <br />lurking are the memories, shadows haunting <br />tormented with fear its vividly reminding me <br />that pain took me captive, making me a slave <br />answering the dark shadows as they call <br />taunting my weakness they yank the chains <br />sinking the blades even painfully further in <br />crying out in agonizing pain, collapsing i fall <br />my heart shatters into icy shards still frozen <br />every part of my tired aching body is broken <br />heart no longer beating, i lost my will to get away <br />trapped here i remain, left here to die this way<br /><br />Silentpoet Grl<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/chains-35/
