Nature's fury <br /> <br />I am in no mood to talk <br />Refuse to breathe fresh air and go for walk <br />Somewhat I feel uneasy and could think no more <br />When the people will end thrust to explore? <br /> <br />Have we not gone too far? <br />Probed so much in sky and now rushing to stars <br />Entire orbit has become dangerous and risky <br />We enjoy our achievement by celebrating it with whiskey <br /> <br />On earth many people die of hunger <br />Bulk of the population starve and suffer from anger <br />They take to arms and hunt for justice <br />What has happened to us for not keeping the promises? <br /> <br />Nature has turned rude and now threatening <br />Sky is ready to strike with powerful lightening <br />Sea waves rise to alarming level and plunder its coast <br />We have done nothing to preserve nature and that dearly costs <br /> <br />Tsunami, earth quakes and eruption of lava is witnessed <br />Its origin with causes is ascertained and traced <br />Sea waters and mountains are polluted <br />The nature is reduced and its impact diluted <br /> <br />We hear catastrophe in many pars of the world <br />The deserts are experiencing snow and getting cold <br />Snow is melting alarmingly and causing floods <br />Many parts come under water cause the shortage of food <br /> <br />Despite all this we have turned executioner <br />Shoot innocent people and make them sufferer <br />Where else to go for remedy and pray? <br />So the nature is turning against in all the ways <br /> <br />It was heard occasionally about natural calamity <br />Now it has become regular feature with continuity <br />Let us be wise and think seriously about nature's fury <br />Let each one of act independently and think as that of jury<br /><br />hasmukh amathalal<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/nature-s-fury-4/
