Around 6:30 pm on Monday (November 10), an explosion was heard near the NIA office in Kolkata which is situated in Salt Lake's sector 5 area. The blast occured at a time when the Burdwan blast accused was being questioned and IB sources say this minor explosion was a diversionary tactic.
