Miserable condition of school in Village Dban ,U.C Singola, Tech Rawalakot Azad Jammu and Kashmir .Almost 9 year have passed to Earth Quake of 8 Oct 2005.But reconstruction of infrastructure is still incomplete.Hundreds of Schools are incomplete and thousand of students are sitting in same position.Its a big Question Mark on performance of stake holders in Azad Kashmir.Specillay ERRA ,SERRA , Govt of Pakistan and Govt of Azad Kshmir ....
