ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION)<br/> <br />Dr. Craig Spencer, 33, who was diagnosed with Ebola after working with patients in West Africa, is released Tuesday (November 11) from a hospital where he has been treated for the disease.<br/> <br />Spencer hugged Mayor Bill de Blasio and his wife Chirlane McCray during a news conference at Bellevue Hospital Center, and thanked the Bellevue medical team for the "tremendous care and support."<br/> <br />Spencer had been held in isolation in Bellevue Hospital Center since he was diagnosed with Ebola on Oct. 23, after working with patients in Guinea with Médecins Sans Frontières.<br/> <br />"While my case has garnered international attention, it is important to remember that my infection represents but a fraction of the more than 13,000 reported cases to date in West Africa," said Spencer.<br/> <br />"Within a week of my diagnosis, many of the same patients called my personal cellphone from Guinea to wish me well and ask if there was any way they could contribute to m
