A shop window display of mannequins showing pregnant schoolgirls has shocked shoppers and stirred debate over sex education in Venezuela.<br /><br />The models with bulging stomaches are dressed in blue uniforms used by schoolchildren in Venezuela until the age of 15.<br /><br />Two local charities are responsible saying their aim is to draw attention to an adolescent pregnancy rate which they claim is the worst in South America.<br /><br />One under 18-year-old is said to become pregnant every 23 minutes.
