ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION)<br/> <br />STORY: A man was reported missing near the Italian port city of Genoa on Saturday (November 15) as heavy rain continued to lash the northwestern region of Liguria, flooding city streets and causing millions of euros worth of damage to farmland.<br/> <br />Liguria has borne the brunt of more than a month of heavy rain across northern Italy, three years after seven people were killed in severe floods in 2011. At least four deaths have been reported in the region since last month due to flooding.<br/> <br />On Saturday, local media said a 67-year-old man was missing in Mignanego, north of Genoa, after his car was swept away by a torrent. Residents in parts of the region were warned to stay indoors because of the risk of being swept away in the floods.<br/> <br />Italy's Civil Protection authority sent emergency teams equipped with water pumps and earthmoving equipment to Genoa where tides of muddy water rushed down the narrow streets of the medieval city.<br/> <br />It
