Chinese team arrives in Liberia to staff Ebola clinic

More help has arrived in Ebola-hit Liberia.<br/> <br />About 160 Chinese health workers are now on the ground to build and run a new Ebola clinic.<br/> <br />China has been under fire for not contributing more to fight the virus, but it said this week it would send 1,000 personnel.<br/> <br />Chinese Ambassador Zhang Yue says this first batch of medical teams consists of doctors, nurses and logistics coordinators.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (English) CHINESE AMBASSADOR ZHANG YUE SAYING:<br/> <br />"And this is the immediate response of the Chinese Government to help Liberian people to fight against Ebola. And further more we are programming a medium and a long term assistance including more training courses.
