French tourist Yonathan Souid stayed silent after his arrest Sunday afternoon for climbing a security fence and scaling a cable beam on the Brooklyn Bridge in the quest for photographs.<br/> <br />SOUNDBITE: URSULA FABRES, TOURIST SAYING:<br/> <br />"This act is dangerous for the other people, for the traffic I think.<br/> <br />It's the latest in a series of security breaches at the 131 year old landmark.
