Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov told a joint press conference in Moscow with his German counterpart Frank-Walter Steinmeier that there are many actors benefitting from the conflict in Ukraine and that the West wants the Minsk talks for a peaceful solution to the Ukraine conflict to fail so as to impose its own agenda. teleSUR
