Ahmedabad: Police had arrested nearly 14 accused who were involved in bikers' gang which was active in Maninagar area of the city. This gang vandalized around 30 vehicles on November 8. Vikki Rana among 14 accused died. His sister blamed police for her brother's death but within 24 hours; changing her statement urged police to give possible relief to her another brother who is behind the bars in the same case.
