Police searched for at least 15 fugitives in Colombia on Wednesday following the second riot this week at a juvenile detention centre in Bogota.<br/> <br />Twenty-three inmates had already managed to escape during a similar riot and are still at large.<br/> <br />Prisoners again set mattresses on fire in the chaos, which started on Tuesday night.<br/> <br />The national police quickly brought the situation under control, and have begun a litigation process to identify those responsible, officials said.<br/> <br />Firefighters were called to the scene to extinguish the fires but no injuries were reported.<br/> <br />During the first riot, at least 27 police and security personnel were injured as well as several detainees.
