This workout is one of the many home workouts I do on my busy work day.The workout ranges from 10-15 minutes in length, so the workout is ideal for those who have busy schedules and still want to get a good shoulder workout in.The bodybuilding principles that are utilized are FST-7 and rest pause technique. Any workout that involves the shoulder, i highly recommend warming up your rotator cuffs.. <br /> <br />10-15 min Shoulder Workout on Tower 200 <br />1. Sitting Shoulder Press With Tower 200 Cables (FST-7 Technique) 7 sets, 15 sec rest, 8-15reps <br />2. Front Shoulder Raise With Tower 200 Cables (Rest Pause Technique 5-10-15 secs rest) First set 15-20 reps. Rest of sets go to failure <br />3. Lateral Shoulder Raise (FST-7 Technique) 7 sets, 15 sec rest, 8-15reps <br />4.Reverse Cable Fly (Rest Pause Technique 5-10-15 secs rest) First set 15-20 reps. Rest of sets go to failure <br />5.
