Barcelona is becoming something of a second Amsterdam. The last decade has seen the opening of more and more new private clubs where marihuana can be smoked legally. The government in Madrid now plans to intervene.<br /> The marihuana debate is being seen as another factor in Catalonia’s wish to separate from Spain.
